• Assyria
• Babylon
• Crete
• Egypt
• Iberia (for Western Extension only)
• Illyria
• Indus (for Eastern Extension only)
• Italy
• Persia (for Eastern Extension only)
• Semites (for Eastern Extension only)
• Sumeria (for Eastern Extension only)
• Thrace
• Setup (privileged user, for pre-game setup phase only)
• Master (privileged user, in-game admin, has access to all sides)
• Solitaire (privileged user, has access to all sides)
